Meet The Host

Mathew Embry

Mathew Embry is an internationally recognized health advocate, award-winning documentary filmmaker, and the President of MS Hope, Canada’s second-largest MS charity. Based in Calgary, Embry heads MS Hope, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing free, science-based, drug-free strategies for managing multiple sclerosis (MS).

Diagnosed with MS at age 19 in 1995, Embry defied expectations by opting for a holistic, science-guided lifestyle approach. Through high doses of vitamin D, targeted nutrition, and regular exercise, he has remained symptom-free for over 25 years—an extraordinary testament to alternative pathways for chronic disease management.

Embry's personal journey inspired the powerful, award-winning documentary Living Proof, which he directed and starred in. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and has earned acclaim for its emotional, solution-driven storytelling—challenging conventional Big Pharma narratives by offering real hope and practical lifestyle tools.
